Documents Needed for Conversion
For Conversion, you don’t need approval since you will be approved by the bank, you only need to send us the documents such as:
- Copy of Deed with legal description
- Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of homeowners insurance
- Check for conversion fee made out to IjaraCDC
- OR you can send over a copy of your documents from the closing
USA Customers
- Copy of Deed with legal description
- Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of homeowners insurance
- Your Social Security Number and Birth date(Copy of ID & SSN card)
- Check for conversion fee made out to Ijara Marketing, LLC
Canadian Customers
- Copy of Deed with legal description
- Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of homeowners insurance
- Your Social Insurance Number and Birth date(Copy of ID & SIN card)
- Check for conversion fee made out to Ijara Canada, Inc.
